I called to set up an appointment with one of the fertility doctors and they were very rude, I have been with this clinic for over 10 years and never got this kind of treatment.
I never ever feel like I’m being rushed or that they’re in a hurry to get me in and out. I always get the feeling they appreciate my business. Not only on the front desk staff and the nurses, but doctor themselves. They are so kind and caring. I trust them immensely. I’ve been there for several procedures with my husband and for myself. They definitely have been with me every step
I've been to Westmed a number of times. I will never go back. The customer service is horrible. The receptionist gave me the wrong information and they refused to honor my appointment time. I'm never going to go back there again.
This is a rip-off. Think twice before going to Yale Fertility in New Haven. It's nearly twice as far away but if you have to go anywhere, you're better off going to Yale New Haven. The doctors themselves, their assistants, are all great. The "records department" and the billing department and "accounting" are all a big, jumbled mess, and the worst experience I've ever had with a medical provider.
