I have been shocked by the negative reviews on this site and am extremely disappointed to have my own experience contradict them. We initially had a positive experience with this location. The primary salesperson was a thorough and courteous professional. Management clearly knew of his expertise and relied on his recommendations. I thought the entire experience was exceptional in friendliness, considerate staff, explanations, and professionalism; however, the billing was a fail. I received confirmation that my lab work would be billed at in network and then a bill four weeks later that was out of network. I asked for them to reduce the cost but it was denied despite a blatant error on their part. I felt I was used and manipulated.
