I had an amazing experience at the Pacific Northwest Fertility Center. The staff was amazing. They were all so helpful and kind. I am grateful for their help and would recommend them to ANYONE having fertility issues!
I was told to go to the mountainside clinic. Then I was told to go to the oceanside clinic. They don't give you your results unless you stay until they open the next day.
Staff is overworked and understaffed. Most are hard workers with smiles, and I'm more than willing to forgive their lack of empathy due to their lack of time and resources.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Please if you can, I’d recommend going elsewhere. The staff has proved highly incompetent from my very first visit. I’m expecting and it seems like since COVID things have just gotten progressively worse with the hospital’s policies and inconsistencies.
