Completely unprofessional. I scheduled a call over a month ago to get information and the doctor NEVER called. The only communication was to ask for more information weeks after my initial inquiry.
I got a lot of eggs, but I got ovarian hyper stimulation syndrome. Not worth the risk, considering that a Russian clinic gives you the same treatment for less.
I had a very positive experience with PFC. I was nervous about the whole process but they walked me through my concerns and eased them. Not sure if I would have been able to do it without them.
Our clinic is one of two that separately reported problems in liquid-nitrogen tanks where thousands of eggs and embryos were stored. Officials at both centers have acknowledged that some — or potentially all — of the tissue may have been damaged.
