The insurance department is a mess. You pay up front and then it takes forever for your insurance to reimburse you. The lab also has a lot of issues. Expect to pay up front and have to chase down your lab results.
We made an appointment with ORM after being referred from friends and hearing from multiple professionals that ORM is a well respected clinic in the Portland area for fertility support.
