I love the nurses and doctors at POMA, and am overall happy with the care I have received. However, I am extremely upset with the billing department. They have hounded me about my account being overdue. I receive a different amount every time I am there. Statements are mailed to me very late. Much of this could be avoided if billing was able to be completed online, and I could see exactly what I am being charged

I would recommend Dr. Shavell to everyone who is needing a reproductive endocrinologist. She is very sensitive & warm. Dr. Shavell is very detailed & is very understanding. She gives you realistic pictures of your treatments & is very open minded. She is a very sweet Dr. & is very understanding. The Fertility Center is absolutely amazing!! The staff is friendly. I have been seeing one the nurse practitioner & the nurse coordinator. They have all been very patient &
