I called the office to ask some questions. First off, Courtney was the one who answered the phone. When I asked her about costs, she was very condescending. When I asked her to help me and direct me to costs, she said they're "right where the baby is." I was confused at that moment and thought she was being funny. I found out her humor was in no way funny. She was just being rude.
They didn't have time for a last-minute consultation unless I had a referral letter from my doctor first. They didn't even try to make that happen, they just cancelled my appointment and didn't even apologize. My doctor couldn't believe it either.
