I was very unpleasantly surprised with the staff and the way the appointment was handled with us. I was scheduled for an appointment that was scheduled by the doctor's office. I took off work and my husband took off work (we both work full-time) on a Wednesday at about 10 am. We found out shortly after arriving at the clinic that the appointment was cancelled.
