1. This fertility clinic is very arrogant. The nurses, the assistants, and the front desk people. They lack empathy and show no compassion for patients who have experienced fertility issues. 2. The clinic provides NO background information about your treatment. No information about the logistics and the process are provided. You'll find yourself asking questions and you'll get frustrated because they won't answer you. 3. All calls goes through voicemail. There's
After 4 years of coming and going, because I wasn't ready to start IVF, I decided this time to do IVF. I could not have had a better experience. The nurses and doctors are amazing and the clinic is wonderful.
I was a patient of Dr Lomeli for over a year and I never liked his attitude. He always seemed to be annoyed with the patient and rushed. It always felt like he was in a hurry to get out of the room. After I got pregnant he never called to congratulate me. His medical assistant told me I would have to call him if I wanted an appointment. I did and he told me he couldnt see me and
I was referred to DF by my obgyn. I was nervous because I have a severe needle phobia. I didn’t sleep the week before my appointment because of my anxiety. I paced the whole day of my appointment. I get to the clinic and freak out about the blood work. The staff was amazing. They took their time and made sure I was relaxed. Once I was relaxed Constance drew my blood and i didn
Some of the nurses were amazing and helpful but often it took me a week or more to see my doctor and during those visits she didn't seem to listen to my concerns, then I would get a written response a month and a half later. I never knew how much procedures cost so I had to pester the financial counselors to find out. I eventually got answers from people who seemed frustrated I would even have to ask.
