Live Birth Rate, Patient's Own Eggs
Live births per transfer from one’s own eggs
The most common procedure at a fertility clinic, this reflects the portion of time that a transferred an embryo results in a live birth. Both IVF and egg freezing clients can be included here, so it’s not a perfect measure of success for either.

Absolutely a nightmare dealing with the staff here. Receptionists are incredibly rude. I needed to ask questions about my diagnosis and receptionists yahaira and Jessica kept putting me on hold in the middle of me talking and later even transferred me to voicemail. I tried asking for their name on the 5th call and they hung up on me. Their supervisor Jose doesn't care about their unprofessional behavior and also kept cutting me off
ated as a number, not a person. My treatment was stressful with numerous amounts of injections, many more than other clinics. I was never called by my name and was treated like just another "case." With my husband, we were treated as a couple - not together. The staff was always friendly, but not pleasant. The news that I was not pregnant hurt me every time I was there.
I called to make an appointment with the doctors at Poma Fertility Clinic. Receptionist Raisa refused to make an appointment, and she was argumentative and hostile. She put me on hold for 20 minutes, and when she came back to the phone, she said, "This is not the place for you" (in a very heavy accent). She slammed her phone to disconnect our call without letting me say a word.
