Doctors and nursing staff great. Accountant and billing have no clue, they do not return calls or emails. They sent a bill for embryo storage when I haven't had embryos stored there in a year.

Dr. Slowey and his staff (especially Alison) have been wonderful throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic!!! Staff members were all friendly and professional. I've never been a fan of doctors offices but this was so different!

I wish I could give a lower rating. So far, I've spent a year and thousands of dollars on "highly recommended" tests, and still have no concrete answers. I appreciate that they have a lot of experience in this field, but they seemed pretty fond of testing, and with each test, I was left with more unanswered questions.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment for months and can't get a hold of them. I've left multiple messages and they never call me back. I've emailed and called the doctor's office and had to call the main number to get the answering machine. The girls that answer the phone are not able to schedule appointments. They just send me to another line. The people who answer the phone need to be able to schedule appointments.
